Bandhu Social Welfare Society (Bandhu) is going to celebrate International Women’s Day 2023 in festive mode this year by organizing various activities! We are participating in and organizing different events on IWD’23 like rallies, TV talk shows, and dance performances by the transgender community, etc.

UNHCR supported SRHR response project organized a consultation meeting on May 18, 2023 engaging Tourist Police in order to let them sensitize about BANDHU’s overall activities including the interventions in Cox’s Bazar district with Gender Diverse Population (GDP), and other affected population who are most at risk.

International Transgender Day of Visibility is marked on March 31 around the world to honor transgender individuals, raise awareness of the discrimination transgender people encounters, and respect their contributions to society. On this occasion, Bandhu Social Welfare Society (Bandhu) promises to carry on 26-years of support to the transgender
