International Transgender Day of Visibility is marked on March 31 around the world to honor transgender individuals, raise awareness of the discrimination transgender people encounters, and respect their contributions to society. On this occasion, Bandhu Social Welfare Society (Bandhu) promises to carry on 26-years of support to the transgender and hijra people in Bangladesh for a quality life.

প্রতিবছর ৩১ মার্চ ট্রান্সজেন্ডার ব্যক্তিদের সম্মানার্থে, তাদের প্রতি হওয়া বৈষম্য সম্পর্কে সামাজিক সচেতনতা বাড়াতে এবং সমাজে তাদের অবদানকে সম্মান জানাতে বিশ্বজুড়ে আন্তর্জাতিক ট্রান্সজেন্ডার ভিজিবিলিটি দিবসটি পালিত হয়। এই দিনে, বন্ধু সোশ্যাল ওয়েলফেয়ার সোসাইটি (বন্ধু) বাংলাদেশের ট্রান্সজেন্ডার ও হিজড়া ব্যক্তিদের মানসম্পন্ন জীবনের জন্য বিগত ২৬ বছর ধরে চলমান প্রচেষ্টা অব্যাহত রাখার অঙ্গীকার করছে।
